Our mission

SMFG was born from the desire for more. Currently, innovators face a unique challenge: we are surrounded by modern technologies for developing designs, but when it comes to actually building them, we are limited. What if we removed this roadblock? What if a user could purchase an off-the-shelf 3D printer, load it with filament, and end up with a solid metal part? That is the goal of SMFG.

What we're building

Today, when an individual or a business looks to manufacture a complex metal form, there is a lot of friction, and the process is rarely handled in house. We envisage a powerful alternative. We want to empower innovators to fabricate and manufacture their own metal parts completely in house, providing rapid turnaround times, lower costs, and reduced inventory requirements.

Where we're headed

We are currently validating this market demand. This site is our first step to connect with early adopters who share our vision. As we finalise our machine, we are preparing to offer exclusive, initial production samples to our loyal, day-one innovators.
